Classes visit Dynamic

Wednesday, March 26th, 2008

Once again this spring, college and high school classes are visiting Dynamic Flowform to learn about the flowforming process and see a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant.  In a time when manufacturing is regularly being sent over-seas and there are not enough skilled engineers and machinists in our country, the Dynamic team believes that it is vital to expose young people to all of the possibilities that are offered in an American manufacturing plant.  In addition, Dynamic’s staff is committed to educating people about the innovative flowforming process so that they can begin to incorporate this beneficial process in their own designs.  Visitors are impacted when they see a 6′ workpiece and the resulting 24′ tube or hold a small preform and the post-flowform missile that our warfighters are carrying on their backs in Iraq. After a recent visit, one faculty member wrote:

Hi Matt,

Honestly, I can’t begin to thank you for the amazing day we had at Dynamic Flowform. Your presentation and then the walk through of the work area was just incredible…

I’ve been telling everyone I’ve spoken to this afternoon just how terrific it was…thanks so much for taking out so much time to prepare for our visit.  You not only represented your company well but gave our students a clear understanding of flowforming and a shining example of a true professional…

Adrianne
